At 2Connections we provide experiential learning sessions involving horses, which allows us to discovery insights about the way in which we approach relationships with ourselves and others. The horses provide a non-judgemental environment for self-reflection.

Through interactions with the horses, you have the opportunity to:

●    Discover how you communicate with yourself and others

●    Expand your personal comfort zones

●    Recognize obstacles you may have in your relationships

●    Develop strategies to overcome obstacles

●    Break down barriers to building authentic relationships

●    Build confidence and self-esteem

Cost: £195 includes a light lunch, snacks and refreshments
